結束了 hi comm，直接從板橋到 中正紀念堂，其實也滿快的，本來差點以為趕不及。
今天的那個圈子有四個人，走的滿快的。
原來剛開始的，把腳抬高只是訓練的一個過渡期，
要領是，
如坐，腿上可以放一小孩，胸往前，重心往前，腳抬高之時，引力自動會把腳往前帶，
也就是那一股往前的力量。
這不就變成淌泥步了嗎?
好一個大哉問~~~~~~
