create your own vmware image

cd ~/vmware
zip -r Ubuntu12.04.image_120921.zip Ubuntu/

Maybe can remove log file to save disk space
#rm *log

how to use
====
unzip
unzip -d Ubuntu Ubuntu12.04.image_120921.zip

use your vmware open the file
